Hi Julie 
 I was delighted to see that you have resurrected the former SB boathouse and have a new and flourishing club to promote the joys of rowing.I rowed stroke for the club between 1963 and 1966, with 1964 being our main period of activity.Our bow was Mike Jennings and number two was John Jones who sadly passed away a couple of years ago.Our number three was our captain Roger Smith who was a fine athlete but also passed away just a few years after graduation.John Burton the club sec...

New picture comes to light

Another picture that has come to light.
This is the Head of the Trent Crew in 1956.
From right to left.
Brian Hardaker, Colin Small, Graham Suggett, Reg Squires.
It was shot from one of the bridges whilst we were rowing up to the start.
Unfortunately, the cox (Graham Jones) is missing.
